Four things I’ve learned as a business healer
When I started working as a business healer, I had the calm conviction that I was following a calling. That doesn’t mean I knew how my work would be received. Nearly six months in, here’s what I’ve learned.
1. People intuitively understand the concept of business healing.
When I notified my coaching clients that I’d be shifting to a model that included healing, I was thrilled that they not just stayed with me but were also eager to experience this new iteration of our work together. When I speak about the invisible impact of what happens at work, and how it creates energetic residue we carry with us as people and professionals, most people are not only open to hearing about it but also personally interested in sampling what business healing can do for them.
Because, the truth is, almost 100% of us aren’t yet where we want to be, despite having achieved levels of success professionally and personally-in our bodies, our relationships, our families, and with money.
2. Business healing starts with personal healing because you are at the heart of your work.
